Our Full body Dance Workout consists on various music genres. These dance workouts are a high impact cardio workout for your entire body: Abs, Thighs, Waist, Belly, Legs, Arms, Chest, Back and Butt.
Dancing is not only good for the mind and body but also good for the soul and spirit.
Exercise doesn’t have to be boring — especially if it involves dance and fun workouts.
With AfroBeat on Monday you will workout on African beats and movements.
With Urban on Wednesday you will workout on R&B, Hip Hop, Funk, Dance Classics and more.
With AfroCuban you will workout on Arfo-Caribbean music like Rumba, Timba, Guaguanco and more.
Classes will be on monday, wednesday and friday all starting at 6:00pm sharp. It will be a 30 min high intensity cardio workout.
After this dance workout we highly recommend you to join our abs/booty workout for even better results.
