Salsa Social Dancing in Aruba on Friday with Aruba Dance Studios at CasiBari Cafe & Grill.
Caution: You will be exposed to the best salsa music.
In May this year we started with the social dance nights at the studios. Many people loved the concept but the studio is not the right location for “a night out” dancing. The purpose was merely to give students and beginners a place to practice what they have learned during classes. To master any craft one needs to repeat, repeat, repeat and repeat. Dancing with different people is not only fun but helps improving your dancing skills.
We decided to take a break in September and October, now we would like to give it a try at Casibari Cafe. After many requests to bring back our Aruba Dance Studios Social Dance nights.
Casibari Cafe & Grill is open air and in our opinion a very tasteful and attractive location. Perfect for Salsa Dancing, reminiscing on great times at Mambo Jambo and Perle D’or. These locations also had this open air vibe to it. Today the Latin Nights at South Beach Lounge is the place to be in Aruba if you are looking for salsa dancing. South Beach is also open air…
Music has been a key factor to us. We started with “Strickly Salsa” but soon had to shift down since this was a bit too radical. Salsa genre has a lot to offer, it does not consist of just 25 tracks you hear every weekend. There’s Timba, Guaguanco, Salsa Dura, Salsa Classicos, Salsa Romanitica, Son Cubano, Cha Cha Cha… amazing music that will make you want to move.
Every Friday we will start with a free workshop at 9pm. Following with the dance night… We end around 1am so best time to arrive is at 9pm!!!!
The bar prices on drinks are not too expensive and there will be specials on buckets.
Bring your friends and share this post among your dancing loving colleagues and family.
Entrance is free.
Free Workshop: 9:00pm-9:30pm
