Pilates classes are focusing on strength, flexibility, and endurance. Whether you’re working out weekly by running, swimming, cross-fit or else, adding weekly pilates class can benefit your physical state. With the focus on core stability, including pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization, neutral alignment and breathing, Pilates classes will help you restore the natural curves of the spine, relieve tension.
Small group classes are designed to provide full-body workout with a personal approach. We are using props to target a specific group of muscles and create a variety of exercises.
Every session consists of breathing exercises, warm-up and actual workouts focused on the five basic principals.
